Growing organic grass in containers for rabbits

sha..2008March 10, 2008

Hi there--I just joined this forum. I know nothing about gardening but would like to start growing grass organically in containers for my rabbits to munch on. I live in a hot and humid climate. I live in an apartment that gets partial sun only in the morning. Where do I start? Thank you-Sha

Hey people grow sprouts for human consumption no reason why you cannot grow grass. You'll need to find a shallow container 3" deep, drill holes in the bottom for the water to drain, add some rock/gravel below the compost and buy some grass seed, fescue.
