Diet?

I'm curious to see what you consume on a daily basis. I know there's so many different opinions, beliefs,etc. I just thought it would be interesting to see all the different "diets",etc... What do you eat and drink on a daily basis?

For me it is onions and garlic. Frequently during the week I consume ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, mint, cilantro, rosemary, sage, chili peppers.

I normally start my day with a glass of fresh squeezed lemon juice with water.

Then I "graze" on lots of mono meals of fruits, vegetables, or fresh herbs...

I like to blend my vegetables and herbs... My favorite vegetable smoothies is: tomato,cucumber, and celery... Occasionally I would throw some dandelion, plaintian or some other herbs in with the vegetables... But for the
herbs: I usually just eat the as I pick them out in the field, or I bring them home and blend them with cucumber or water... I also like to make a tea out of freshly harvested: white oak bark, yellow dock, burdock, and a few pine needles or whatever I can find foraging.. Thanks for your post!
