Nice pics... obviously a brand new orchard, must be exciting to be starting with it! I definitely envy your climate too!

Can you include a plant list of what you've put in so far and will in the future?

Looks like you had to chop some tree down, your neighbors trees will suck up allot of moisture, at least you have some sun now.

Yep. Had to clear 30 year growth pine and cal pepper trees.

Sunset 23 is a fine zone to live in. It used to be a wee bit cooler and wetter but still very nice except for the days when the hot Santa Anas blow. I hope you like strawberries because this is strawberry paradise here. All in all it's fun to go up to the mountains for snow one day and then down to the beach the next .
