When to move overwintering blueberry containers?

edweather(Zone 5a/b Central NY)March 9, 2013

Have 5 container blueberries overwintering on the north side of the house in the shade. Right now they're still frozen solid. The sun angle is getting high enough so that their usual spot on the back deck is beginning to get sun. When should I move them back? Should I wait until it's more springlike? Thanks. Ed

I live on the south western end of NY. My bags are frozen and covered with 2' of snow. I wont move them till the second week in April.
