Olive leaf extract

Hi.. I was wondering if anyone here knows if olive leaf extract is high in copper?

Thank you,

Carolyn

I'm not sure that an extract is an effective way to extract minerals - otherwise, we'd all be taking extracts of dark, leafy greens to get our daily iron, instead of nibbling on so much damned broccoli ;)

but olives themselves seem to have measurable levels of copper.

Juicing is a good way to extract the stuff from inside the cells - for tomatoes, most of the carotenes pass right through the digestive track unabsorbed if the fresh fruit is eaten. In a juice or soup, it becomes very available.

Not sure if Carolyn has Wilson's disease or some other condition where she has to limit her intake of copper - that was my guess.
