Miss Kim is a medium sized Korean PCA persimmon that ripens mid-season and well off the tree. I would say flavor and consistency to be better than most. I would have highly recommended it except that I have had several previously vigorous and healthy established trees die over the winter from an unknown cause; i can't think of another variety of mine that's done this.
