What's the easiest fruit plant to start with? Looking for small that I can do in a container.
C....I think you would have fun with blueberries. I have recently just purchased 3 varieties. Pots about 16-18 inch (15 gal) is fine. Hint: provide acidic soil. The easiest way to do this is use (acidic) potting soil for azaleas. I am looking forward to using them on cereal and ice cream! Thin fruit!
Figs will fruit in a pot, need no special soil conditioning, and fruit more quickly than most bushes or trees. No spraying needed and easily multiplied by rooting cuttings.
