I also have a Burgancy Plum in Northern Virginia. The only difference between yours and mine is that I have no plums and the leaves/blooms are just breaking. Yours looks great. Love So. CA weather!

Thanks, CharlieBoring! Burgundy does really well here. I am amazed year after year how well the plums hold on the tree and just get better and better. Here are the first blooms from Feb 17:
