For the same crabapple in my previous post.
At the top of the trunk there are also two other big branches touching , don't know how well you can see that in the photo (it's in the top middle of the picture) Should I cut one of them and which one?

Yes...cut the smaller one off to the left, the right one is more to the center of tree.

I agree with konrad. Take the smaller trunks out at the base of the tree and the upper portion of the tree.
