anna apple tree

I have anna apple that i planted last year and the fruit was fine this year the tree starts to fruit and then turns yellow and fall off can anyone help me gets plenty of water and is well drained

Your tree is quite young to be holding apples. I would not worry. Anna is a great low-chill apple.
