Anyone Growing Latham Raspberries?

brittneyt2(6b)April 30, 2013

I planted several Latham raspberry plants yesterday. I already have my posts in for my trellis, and was going to run wires at 30", 45", and 60". However the tag on my Latham raspberries states they will reach a height of 4 feet. All of the other varieties I have say 5-6'. Are the Latham really that short? If so, I don't want to put a wire at 60" since it would be useless.

I'm not sure on Latham, but yes on shortness. I grow Fall Gold and other yellows that never go past 36 inches. Each cultivar for sure is different.

I grow Lathams. I have my highest wire at 48" and that's plenty.
