Does anyone have experience using Actinovate or other similar natural fungicide products?

I need to address scab on apples and brown rot on peaches/plums.Currently I am using immunox, Orbit (propiconazole), and captan, but I would prefer something more natural and less toxic.

I don't think actinovate helps on apple scab. Sulphur is the standard for both scab and brown rot but its not nearly as effective as the big synthetic guns. I don't have scab problems myself but if you follow the scab acospore (sic) timing models carefully you can do pretty well with sulphur. Michael Phillips' Apple book is the bible for sulphur on scab. Brown rot is hard to control with sulphur. You can also use Saf-T-Side oil and Serenade for brown rot, I use mainly sulphur but mix it up with the others. Trees need to be pruned very open and use summer pruning to get more light to the fruits - sunlight is a key organic fungicide.
