Picking apple trees for W. Pennsylvania

mommaross(5)April 12, 2013

I hope to plant a mini orchard this year and must hurry up & decide! I am wondering what is your favorite variety that grows well in W. PA? I want good eating, good pies and long storage. I love Gala, I've read they'll do well here. Any suggestions for my second tree?
