Rust on peaches and plums

alabamanicole(7b)April 19, 2012

I've been spraying copper as suggested for this area (every 3 weeks) but my peaches and plums got rust anyway and are progressively getting worse. They look rather sad and it's only April.

Should I spray copper fungicide more often, or would a better course be to move to sulfur, Captan or another product or method?
