What's wrong with my blueberries?

Pretty much every leaf looks like this. There is new growth on the bush but this is a pretty systemic thing it looks like.

Here's a picture of the bush itself:

I've poked around on the internet but can't find anything that looks like this (concentric, brown rings). Closest I can find is the Ringspot Virus, but it doesn't quite match the description/look.

Red Leaf Disease causes reddish-brown leaves with white spores on the undersides, while Red Ringspot Virus causes reddish-brown spots only on top of leaves. If you don't have white spores on under side you have red ring spot Virus.

I'm in 8b (Texas). I checked and there's no white spores on the underside. If it is RRV, where'd it come from and is there a way to cure it?
