donut peach babies :)

They are pretty cool. I have TangOS and Saturn (just planted this spring)... Saturn decided to hold 1 fruit for me.

Can't wait until I have a full tree of both. Cross breed them with Flavor King Pluot and have a Saturn King Donut Pleach...or maybe not.

Tango turned out to be the most frost resistant of peaches here this year. Cornell mentioned in its report that it did the best in holding a crop in the Hudson Valley and my tree has a decent crop when peaches all around it had fruit burned off by frost.

Very good to know. I'll be testing its winter hardiness here in a few years (its in a container right now). My biggest worry of course is rot.

They should be very good for rot as well, but winter hardiness is probably not related to frost hardiness of fruit.

I put in a UFO peach this spring so next year should be able to try them.
