Most of the other leaves are spotted without the edge issue. Thanks again. This is an additional pic from the previous post.
I think it's Cedar Apple Rust, very common apple disease. Some varieties are more susceptible than others.
There is spray for it. I use myclobutanil, the brand I use called Immunox. (Not Immunox Plus).
Here's some info.
Here is a link that might be useful: Cedar Apple Rust (CAR)
I agree - that looks like the CAR on my tree. Even when spraying with Immunox every 2 weeks, my leaves are always at least spotted like that, but without the spray, the apples would all be deformed too.
This does look like Cedar Apple Rust. The first picture, in the other post, didn't. You might have two different issues. I've got a tree that gets Cedar Apple Rust, and then several that get leaves that look like the picture in your first post.
Spraying for CAR now won't work. It has to be done in the early spring, around bloom time.
Thanks for the responses everyone. The original post looked different as haldog mentioned so I just pulled those leaves off. Should I just hope for the best and treat when dormant and early spring next year?
