Fireblight canker Pear tree

Does this look like a fireblight canker in my Keiffer Pear tree?

Tree shows no black in leaves but a nearby Seckel needed removed because of fireblight.

My Orient pear had a similar looking place on it. After three years my tree seems to be healing itself. Kieffer and Orient are FB resistant. I'm guessing your tree will take care of itself over a period of time. I look forward to hearing some other opinions about this issue. We all learn together. Good luck, Bill
