Another Brix Question.....

prestons_garden(9B SZ 22 HZ 6 SoCal)July 21, 2012

I am interested to see what people do do get a high brix on blueberries. I have a Rabbiteye Powderblue in a container that has a brix of 15 and they are very delicious.

I just can't get over 15, any suggestions?

I remember fruitnut said he got a particular blueberry plant to a brix of 18.

Ron:

My best suggestion is to get a Sweetcrisp. That's the one that got to 18 for me. I've gotten higher by shorting water but not reliably.
