Rotting pomegrenates?

A few of my pomegranates are turning black. Not sure what the problem is..too little sun?

bugs or water getting into the crown.

look for leaf footed bugs

ah, thanks..Definitely a possibility. Haven't seen those bugs though, or if they are indeed damaging the pomegranates then I should've seen them.
