Tree drop apples

garyt33(5/6)August 4, 2013

Starting to get tree drops from my Mac. Seems early for that? Picked up 10 this morning. Will they ripen off the tree or should I just chuck them?

If they are big enough to bother peeling, the tree drops work for apple crisp. Just add a little extra sugar. I wouldn't count on them ripening much after they fall. Maybe a tad.
