Hello people i live in ont.canada but recently purchased 91 acres of land in nb.canada(close to my son and grandson)I want to start a fruit orchard for income purposes in time.I am looking for a little advice or guidance from someone who may have experience in this field.I am also looking at growing chrismas trees.I have a basic idea how to start but would love some input from anyone.

Thanks Vince

My first thought is to visit several of your local orchards.

Where in NB.(New Brunswick)?did you purchase this land? The hardiness zones range from zone3 to zone5 so location will play a huge part in what selections will work for you.As Konrad suggested, starting with a visit to a local orchard...if there are any, would be the best way to go as they have already been there done that.
