worms on blueberry bushes

I was picking blueberries this morning and noticed some worms eating the leaves on one of the bushes. Any thoughts on treatment for this.

I'd spray BT, wait a couple days, and go back to picking.

I'd flick onto the ground, then stomp!
Much faster, also very satisfying.
