An organic gardening book said to dip
just picked muskmelons ,what we all mostly call cantaloupe, in 136 degree or so hot water for 3 minutes to prevent surface mold and decay during storage.. What yall think....
So far I am eating the six or so pretty fast since not real big and refrig them
The book is "The Gardener's A to Z guide to growing Organic Food" by Tanya L.K. Denckia.....
