Blueberries in pots

bggrows(6a/6b)September 10, 2012

I just purchased 2 blueberry bushes about 18" tall. I have fall/veggies planted in all available spaces. Would these survive winter in large (aprx. 15 gallon) pots? Thanks for your advice. I am in zone 7.

I'm no expert by any means, but IMO they should survive fine. For a small plant those pots are plenty large enough. I have 7 growing in pots. I plan to overwinter the 5 Northern Highbushes outdoors. Most of my pots are 15 gal or smaller.
