Phalaenopsis IDs

Pallas_AthenaJuly 14, 2014

Can anyone tell me the breeds/hybrids of the two new phalaenopsis I purchased? They're quite lovely, and I'd like to know as much as I can about them! I also have another one that is white with small purple dots which I think is a harlequin.

For some reason this thread got stuck opening pics. It is fine now.
In any case what you are asking is just about impossible.
There are more than 23900 Phalaenopsis hybrids registered by the Royal Horticultural Society at Kew. Your only hope is that your orchids are widely distributed mericlones (copies) and someone will recognise them.

The second phal looks familiar to me can't place a name. It has Phal. equestris in it.
