Newbie: new growth rotted?

EvilIrisAugust 2, 2014

I've had mostly oncidium orchids for about two ears. They've all been doing great (2 have re-bloomed, etc.). I have one oncid that was doing great but the new growth rotted or fried?? I feed once a month with MSU food. Any thoughts?

Sorry that no one has replied to your post. Perhaps if you give some more details you may get some answers.

Maybe it is just one of those things that happen or perhaps it has something to do with your growing area.
Where in the USA, inside or outside, shading, temperatures, watering intervals and so on?
