Colt rootstock still on patent?

Is colt rootstock still on patent?

I'm asking this question because I'm planning graft it onto my proprietary Krauter vesuvius myrobalan plum x mariposa plum hybrid---I want to use it as an inter-stem for my bing cherry.

If it still on patent, I will not graft it.

Colt patent was issued in the 70s, developed by the Malling station in England. It's patent has long expired. PP#4059
