My plant is full of seed pods, if I remove them will it bloom some more? Thanks Jane

I am not sure Jane. With many plants, removing finished flowers helps with more flowering.
With Adenium, it may depend also on your length of growing season. If you are particularly interested in harvesting the seed then leave 1 or 2 seed pods on. If you do not care about the seeds, then remove.
