One of my grown from seed adeniums having it's first bloom opening up today. Now to wait for a couple of more bloom cycles to see if it stays the same or changes. I'm personally hoping it stays like this!
That is smashing. Has the 'Crispum' trait within the flower and somewhat inthe leaves also.
Now, I thought you where going to post your K.A.S.N. site when you opened up.
So jealous. Wonderful and thanks for sharing.
Wow....from seeds? ....how beautiful.....
Very nice!! How old is it?
I believe this particular seedling is a year old. My seedlings that are nearly two years old still have not bloomed. Here is a picture of the whole seedling a day before the bloom opened up.
Stunning colors !!!! Amazing ;).
Sweet!! Especially, for a yearling.
I love that gorgeous bloom! Excellent luck you had with that one!
Ohhhh sweet. I hope it keeps that color and continues to give you these gorgeous flowers. Great job raising a real keeper.
I LOVE this kirk. It is beautiful. I have been looking for something this similar. Lucky You!
Day 3 and the bloom is still holding up nicely.
That flower is amazing. Has the striped throat, which I love. The mid rib of each petal in the dark red and each petal the same with a red border on edge of petals. Much as you see in many of the grafted plants these days.
Absolutely fantastic. I would be so proud to have this, especially as it is one of your own seed grown babies.
Sorry for rambling, and No, I have not been into the sauce.
I totally agree! And hey, hit the sauce. I think this flower is worth the celebration!
Here is today's picture of this beautiful NOID seedling. Now I'm trying to think up of a name for it just for myself. And I'm tempted to start a couple of grafts from it.
Wilted bloom opened on the 14th. The left bloom opened yesterday.
That is lovely Kirk. Really unusual looking. Love it
