Hello, first time I'm posting here, though I read everything. Sharing a picture of my first adenium flower. I hope to have more in future since I'm now almost addicted to them.
Love the pictures on here grateful for the helpful advice from everyone.
You have a very nice flower and start for your first adenium.
That is a real stunning bloom, Sonia.
Has similar color traits and reminds me of one I have seen on Rinoa's graft list. Think there is on called
"Black Luna" and "Super Star of Tomorrow".
Very beautiful, keep them coming.
Lovely bloom Sonia! I can only hope my newly purchased Adenium thrives and offers up such beauty.
Sonia, welcome to the forum.
That is so pretty bloom....
I like it very much.
Thank you so much for appreciating my bloom everyone. Rick thanks for the id. I did an internet search and it does look a lot like Black Luna. I didn't know it had a name. It was just red and white when I bought it but the second time it flowered the blue border appeared. Now I know why the nursery man said take this and you'll thank me later.
Marie, your plants are what got me addicted to adeniums. Some day I hope I manage to make one flower like yours do.
Dogg1967, I'm sure you will have a lovely adenium when yours bloom. Do post updates when they do.
Lonnie, thanks for you kind words. So happy to hear from you all. I
Lovely bloom , Sonia !
Is this a grafted plant or a seedplant ?
Wow, what a stunner, Sonia! I am new here also and also got addicted to adenium (and crowns of thorns) because of Marie. I don't have a plant or flower to share yet, but I have invested in some seeds (fingers crossed I have the patience).
Ya very true, Marie is very "contagious" she got everyone addicted to her beautiful flowers and blooms including me too, haha I love her flowers. Thanks Marie.
Welcome to the forum. Your flower is absolutely beautiful. I love the very large white throat. Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Britta, Kanchana, Koi3300, Ladylotus for your lovely words.
Britta, the plant is a grafted one.
Kanchana, I love crown of thorns too but love adeniums more and I don't have space to keep both. So I've decided to stick with adeniums till I get a bigger place. ðÂÂÂ
Sonia, you must be very excited to have such an unusual colored bloom on your first adenium. Marlene
