My first seedling flowered this week. I've been watching it like a crazy person. I feel like a new mom!:) enjoy.
Here's a shot of the whole plant. Just prior to opening.
Tracy, congrats on your blooms. This is beautiful for this time of year.
Very nice. So do you like this pink?
Congratulations. I never get a seedling to bloom that early, even if I don't prune it.
9-10 months wow, how lucky you are! Lovely!

Thanks you all! I don't think I've stopped smiling. Our weather has been all over the place with many chilly cloudy/overcast days. Poor thing took almost three weeks to bloom. I love the color. It is so strikingly rich. My pictures don't really do it justice.
I thought my oldest blooming DR was going dormant until...she went crazy with buds on literally every branch. I hope they survive so I can post pics for you. I Almost fainted when I thought I saw seedpods (3-4 of them. False alarm:) All smiles over here though. So heres's one more pic.
Those are beautiful seedlings Tracy and what gorgeous flowers. I can see why you are proud. What ever you are doing is working for you.
Thank you very much! :)
Great seedlings and great flower on this one. Love the color being solid with a yellow throat.
I agree! You have such an observant eye and you are very descriptive. If I ever decide to sell one ill ask you what you think. :) love it! Thank you!
great adenium! i hope mine flowers this summer i've had it for almost 12 months
What a beautiful plant, and in such a short time. I am going through all sorts of antics to achieve flowering within 12 months as you can see from my recent post. I hope I can get a result as good as yours!
Just a question did you see a photo of the mother plant and is the colour what you expected.
