I was out of country and my neighbor take care of my AVs (watering them). When I came back I found something in top of soil ( looks like somebodies white eggs ). If you knows what's it, please help!!!
I can't see them very well but I don't think they are eggs.
Pick up one and smash it with a spoon. If it cracks, it's eggs.
IF it is eggs it could be any kind of insect that has got into the house and laid its eggs. Shouldn't harm the violet, but scoop them out with a spoon.
I sprayed top of soil with insectiside "Safe Garden" and I'll hope it help.
Can't see enough detail to know if they're eggs.
But I wonder if you have the water-absorbing crystals in your potting mix? If so, that may be what it is.
Sometimes fertilizer build up will produce a white/grayish area. Spraying was good, but remove that area for sure. It's probably going to be fine. tish
