How close aquarium to heating stove?

Drakens(5a)February 10, 2013

Hi, I have a 29 gallon aquarium and am looking to put in a ventless heating stove. I know you shouldn't put it too close to a fish tank, but I can't seem to find any info on how close is too close. Would 3 feet be too close for a 2500 btu stove? I obviously don't wnat to cook my fish, is there any kind of formula for figuring this out?

Usually you will not want the temperature of the aquarium to get above 70 oF.
