What's wrong with this Hypnosa leaf?

newgen(9 Central California)April 5, 2010

One of the leaves on my Alocasia hypnosa developed some browns around the edges. I've included a full plant photo and a close-up of the leaf.

The plant appears to be healthy with the exception of the brown leaf margin. The answer above is likely correct. Increase the light and make sure the soil stays evenly moist, not soggy wet. Alocasia often grow well in wet soil but if the soil is not porous it can become saprophytic and produce bacterial infections that will affect the roots.
