Rhododendron 'Divine'

kenptn(z6b TN)April 30, 2011

I picked this up today. I never heard of it before, but the price was right and I have the room so why not. Anyway, I can't find out much about it, other than it is white and was bred for heat resistance. What I really want to know is its parentage and breeder. Anyone know?

Thanks, Ken

morz8, thanks for the info. I have both R.hyperythrum and 'County of York'. The foliage of 'Divine' looks like neither (so far). I'd LOVE to be able to grow the Loderi's here lol.
