A. konjac dormancy...Shipping EE'S

hiddenjungle(zone 6, NY)September 28, 2008

Hi, i just had a couple questions, for my konjac's they its getting colder and i was wondering once they die back, how do i store the corms? (dry/wet, etc) As for shipping the EE, i just wanted to see if im doing this correctly, soon im going to sell it but the shipping would be really expensive because its 4-5 ft tall, so when i ship it do i bareroot it then cut off the leaves? or do i let the soil dry, and put the EE into dormancy? as you might no im not an expert, i got the bulb when it was dormant but since then ive kept it from going dormant, if anyone has other ideas please post, thanks

Store it dry. Just set it on a shelf. Plant it when the root nubs start growing when the temperature warms up in the spring.
