Little centipede like critters in my garden

Hi! I was getting ready to plant some flowers when I noticed these luttle worms. What are they? Are they harmful? How should I remove them? There's a lot of them!!

They're millipedes

Personally I wouldn't worry about them
They feed on decaying mater & shouldn't bug your plants

I've noticed these in mine too, as well as potted plants. Hope I don't have to worry about them!
