Iris Farm in N. Alabama

boomer2May 1, 2013

Does anyone know of an iris farm in North Alabama? I am having trouble finding mulitple varieties. I have a few in my yard (yellow and white) but would like to buy a few different types. I have checked two local nurseries, Lowes, and Home Depot and but have only found one color. Thank you - Jenny.

Rockytop Gardens ism in Eagleville Tennessee. I don't know of one in Alabama. You can order from the website. I have ordered from them, and the plants are very large, healthy and beautiful.

There are many other on-line iris nurserys. Check the iris forum.

JTM Gardens in Jasper [(205)387-8897] is a daylily farm with a huge selection of irises. They also have a website:

Here is a link that might be useful: daylilies and iris

Thanks for the tips. I was also lucky to find some local gardeners selling them on craigslist.
