Tomato 'Lollipop' - an apology

madabouteu(8A - central Alabama)July 5, 2010

At the spring swap, I was offering Tomato 'Lollipop' as a yellow cherry tomato - that is how the seed was sold to me. It's bearing heavily for me now, but it's hardly that! Instead, it's an off-red small plum tomato, maybe a hint of yellow. My apologies, but I was going by the seed catalog description. I bought the seeds from Baker Creek, usually a very reliable source!

On the other hand, I am harvesting Black Krim tomatoes, seed from the same source, and they are the best tasting tomatoes I have ever tasted in my life!

Hey Ken, a good tomato is always a welcome gift. I don't think anyone will complain. Don't lose any sleep over it.
