Does anyone have any garlic they might want to trade for heirloom seeds or other plants ?
I have a ton. What do you like to do with it? Raw, sautee, roast?
Well I was hoping to plant them first, then eat lol
I have Rocamboles, Porcelains, Artichokes, Purple Stripe. I also have bulbils available.
I would also like to try my hand at growing garlic. Never tried it before. My son would also like to add this to his garden. Need advice on which ones are the strongest in flavor and easiest to grow. we are both in zone 5a. Will it be too cold here to grow. Would love to trade something for some garlic. let me know if there ia anyone interested in trading. growing advice is also helpful.
you are supposed to start your own conversation when wanting to trade :)
sorry, will do.
I have hardneck garlic...
Metechi and Zemo varieties... These grow best in cold climates.... Plant in Oct. and harvest in July..
