Does anyone have any garlic bulbs that are good for allpurpose cooking that I could plant i'd be willing to exchange for seeds.

If you go to a local store that sells organic produce, you can use that garlic for eating and planting. Plant the biggest outer cloves from the bulbs, and eat the rest. The only diff between "seed" garlic and eating garlic is size. Seed garlic is the pick of the crop, so the bulbs are usually bigger.
