Ceylon Olives

Anyone know anything about Ceylon Olive trees? Elaeagnus serratus is growing real well for me in zone 9, central Fla. We are expecting thosands of olive-like fruits at year's end. What to do with them? We've made all kinds of pickles so far. Paul.

Oh. A 7 year old thread, but worth a shot. Where can I find Ceylon olive trees? They make amazing spicy pickles, my absolute favorite. Can also be cooked in curries.
