Looking for Winged Bean, Brown Seeded seeds.
If anybody got...i can share 5 ft cowpeas seeds or elephant horn okra seeds.
I think I still have some...let me see, yes! still do.
Daylight sensitive. In florida the vines grew and grew and then precisely on the fall equinox BAM! they started to flower (pretty blossoms!)
They will want quite warm temps to germinate.
I am horrible about getting stuff in the mail, but if you send me a self-addressed envelope, I'll send some winged bean. Okra sounds nice, as long as it's open pollinated.

To the GW member who asked a question privately, due to your settings, I can't reply privately, so I'm posting here.
Yes, I suspect that daylight sensitivity may be the problem. I was very surprised how long I had to wait for the winged bean to flower & produce pods. As long as the vines are growing vigorously, I wouldn't worry about it. When they do come in, they yield well.
There is a non-daylight sensitive variety which you can probably get from ECHO seeds. If anyone has that variety, I'd be very interested in obtaining some.
