Any info on this one? Edible leaf and roots yes? Cold season or warm plant?

I have grown burdock.It is easy to grow.I had planted the seeds in
June and harvested the roots by the end of
September. I do not remember the name of it.
You may get more information from www.horizonherbs.com.,and
Evergreenseeds.com.
