WANTED: Help with sprouting bamboo seeds?

bluespiritartist(5A)January 21, 2014

Does anyone in this forum have good suggestions for sprouting them? I've read so many different ways, some say cold treatment others say bottom heat. I live in zone 5a Would I do better at soaking the seeds? I have many different varieties coming but I really want success here! Thanks for any help

I think a web search using the botanical name of the variety of bamboo would yield good suggestions.

Thank you, I have done that and i guess I wasted my money on the seeds, I tried several methods and not one sprouted so they are probably old.
