What sex is my pistachio tree?

chino_chumApril 8, 2008

I live in Chino Valley, AZ (Zones 7-8), and bought a lone pistachio tree from a nearby nursery. The nursery didn't know what sex the tree is. So, now the tree is several years old and I would like to graft it so that it might produce pistachios. But, how do I tell which sex the tree is? And, is there anyone who can come to my house to do a grafting?
