will hydrangeas grow in tucson?

Hmm. My first guess would have been "No way". Having spent time in the Pacific Northwest where they do well, I'm sure that trying to grow one here would be a huge challenge. However, I ran into some threads with people that apparently have grown them:
so I suppose it might be possible.
Personally, I would love to grow one, but I doubt it's worth my effort.
