What is this bamboo?

Can anyone ID this slightly neglected but apparently sturdy clumper? I planted it a few years ago and I don't remember what it was labeled. And if I did, it could be mislabeled. For some reason I thought I had B. ventricosa or B. oldhamii but my memory is gone and maybe those were just what I had wanted to get and I got something entirely different.

It has no bellies and it's certainly been stressed.

Took these photos today--as you can see, it has no calender dependency on when to shoot. It's a little sad looking but at least it looks better than my lawn!

Any idea what it is? Thanks!

I'm not a pro but it doesn't look like oldhamii and definantly not b. ventricosa. Maby you could give it a bit of fertilizer and some good reliable watering to see what happens. I bet it will perk up quickly with some care.

Thanks, Seagal.

It's a great plant whatever the heck it is, and it keeps a pretty tight clump. It doesn't look as good as it could and probably isn't as big as it should be but it's healthy on not much water.
