Musa Basjoos growing like weeds in VA

troutarm(7A)August 25, 2012

We haven't had much rain this summer but with the warm winter my Musa Basjoos are now 15-20 ft tall and still growing! We still have a few more months of growing season left here in Richmond and I can't wait to see how big they will be before the first frost.

Wow those are beautiful and huge. How old are your basjoos?

What do you do to get them to grow so huge? Maybe I'm watering too much or something? We had a mild winter too, but mine are only between 5 and 7 feet tall...
